Refund Policy — Etronics Corner

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Damaged or defective items: We’ll replace the item or refund you after you send a clear photo of the issue.
• Wrong item received: We’ll ship the correct item or issue a refund.
• Change of mind: Unused items in original packaging may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Buyer may be responsible for return shipping.
• Non-returnable: Opened hygiene-sensitive items and custom/personalized products (if offered) cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.
